1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using LowKeyMode ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Not a Medical Device

LowKeyMode is for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device, nor is it intended to diagnose, prevent, or treat any health condition, including hearing loss. The sound measurements provided are approximations and should not be relied upon for safety or professional assessment.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

LowKeyMode offers "LowKeyMode+" as an auto-renewable subscription. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is paramount. As detailed in our Privacy Policy, all audio processing and session data storage occur locally on your device. We do not collect or store your audio data on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including the App's design, code, logo, and meditation content, is the property of Baseline Designs LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Baseline Designs LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App. Use of the App is at your own risk. We do not guarantee the accuracy of sound level measurements.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
